The Vine Schools – Values
We have chosen the name The Vines Schools because in chapter 15 of the Gospel of John, Jesus describes himself as the ‘True Vine’ and he speaks of the vine as a plant. Vines were a major crop in Biblical times and so listeners would have been familiar with vines. He also told a number of parables which refer to growing vines.

Our schools will use ‘Imaginor Roots and Fruits’ as a stimulation for Collective Worship and Prayer.
This is the basis of everything that happens in our schools and underpins everything we do, it’s the thread that runs through everything- it’s what makes us distinctively Christian.
